Measurement
The 2/3s have been learning about measuring the length and width of various objects. One of the things they need to measure was themselves. While the class brainstormed various ways of measuring themselves, one way to go was definitely the fun way!

beautiful black horse Cadbury by the horse shed. She was up to doing his hooves. Josie was up to his large back left hoof but
he didn’t want that hoof to be done and that is very unusual. Read on to find out what happens next.

horrible tragedy. Cadbury had a bad
stone bruise. Josie was thinking about
how much fun she could be having. She
was feeling very terrified.

Jack ran to the door of his Dad’s bedroom and said,
“Dad! Two men are at the pink gate throwing
rocks at my beautiful horse, Minty.” So
Dad got out of bed and went to the door.
Dad ripped the door off its hinges and got the blue telephone and called
the good police. The police came and put the two men in jail.
Minty
was very badly hurt. She needed a vet. The vet said, ’’Give Minty this pill every
week.’’ Minty got beter and the horrible two men where never
were heard from again. At last Jack was
relived. At last his horse was safe.

and then they went to the vet. Read on

Tyson knew that he had to take Riley to the vet. Tyson did not know what would happen to
Riley. He felt very worried.
At the vet, the vet checked Riley to see that Riley didn’t
have sand in him. Tyson felt so relaxed
that Riley was safe.

One sunny morning at her Noni’s fantastic house Jordan was
riding her beautiful horse named Teenie Weenie.
When Jordan was jumping over a cross jump on Teenie Weenie
the horse suddenly hurt her beautiful back!
Jordan didn’t know what to do.
Jordan was frightened that she would die. Jordan was so worried that she would faint. Jordan was terribly shocked.
Jordan
took Teenie Weenie to the vet!
The vet gave Teenie Weenie a nice massage. The next day Teenie Weenie was better. Jordan could ride her again! Jordan

Kim Hannah and Ross Glendinning took these posters back to the West Coast Eagles and asked Nic Naitanui to sign them! They then sent the posters back to us.
